Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world as long as your country doesn't have any mail restrictions from the U.S. Visit the USPS website to see if your country is accepting mail from the U.S!

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Most orders are shipped within 3-6 days. While domestic packages will most likely arrive 7-12 days after the order was placed, shipping times for international packages can vary anywhere from 1 week to 4 months. Delays within USPS may affect these times. 

Q: Can I get a refund for my order?

A: Unfortunately, all sales are final and returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted. Exceptions include if your order arrives damaged or products are defective. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order!
