Refund policy
Refunds and cancellations
All items for return must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging within 14 days from date of purchase (in-store) or date of delivery (online).
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us ASAP at hello@minsstudios.com with your order number if you wish to cancel your order!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that protective packaging (outboxes, plastic wrap, backing cards, etc) are meant to shield the product during transit, and that damages to outer packaging may not be considered reason for return or refund.

International Orders
Refunds will not be issued for overseas orders that are returned/destroyed by the postal system for the following reasons:
- Failure to pay any customs/import/duty fees on time
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Incorrect address
